Two shifts
' B# O5 I* S0 U% F3 U* P$ [27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
9 f& A) x$ Y; \4 ]6 j0 Mp.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
9 w% a2 U) t) S9 G& c- b5 dOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

5 t; }* I4 g* A/ F) R) ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

$ a  M: \' f4 T2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
! ^0 m' N1 N2 s' S
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

* L- R0 n: Z9 n9 `# u1 J1 t5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

% A3 [8 J. u4 \) ?5 _6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
5 l  ^! h3 w8 oshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

% e1 `! F% S4 I  x: S2) Previous experience with food inventories.
* K* K1 P: w# }. ~0 ~* [
# |1 k+ N! }% M' o  I5 J/ L; j3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
