Employment will be from May 16 to August 30. / y* O* ~+ u6 j! s( e) g- e
0 ?. f- _4 o: H* ]Duties include: integrating with a multifaceted research program geared1 b( L2 }4 I4 |% V9 s
at mercury and trace elements emissions control; maintaining a
. `3 K3 ~% i% hlaboratory book; communicating problems and implementing solutions
" W- e* a$ c( [4 ?( A! v' D2 Ieffectively with assigned lab supervisor; and flexibility to interact+ c1 m; i/ T0 r( X. q5 e
with a number of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will develop& C: E' f6 P) g4 ]2 n) X5 Q
skills in analytical techniques, fundamental and applied research in a# {) f+ U. B1 b* Z1 |
supportive environment. Possible interaction with full-scale testing of
' S: N, j1 `0 [: v- n2 Onovel materials and inter-departmental facilities.

No previous experience necessary; ability to work with people, work H0 v* ~6 U' l5 S# \7 s
safely and learn new skills in a laboratory environment; interest in
4 H9 E5 k, M7 X# ?2 }1 \1 tenvironmental emissions controls for industry.

Preference will be given to second year or more advanced students with: @. c- y. |- z0 x4 t% z, Y- v l
demonstrated relevant program interests.
