Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.* c( L/ M9 c( {3 z1 C3 W1 v

Role Details  W0 }' g- W- O* w% h  n0 O
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
& q0 v7 e7 G/ f. f- N1 yLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required, h  d# Y% U" ]1 g+ A) M
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
  B! U4 o/ r, T' x9 n, tManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work7 o3 N5 R7 x5 M, g! h+ ?
Issue notices to tenants
$ T2 p9 q. f, H. lCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
; G. j& r8 u1 o4 e# ?& o! gMonitor repair status and property condition* L- R1 g2 t& z/ {- T5 j
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
