Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

  N6 M5 @# H9 A3 `. gHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

0 A. n7 B; l( A% I5 ZVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Canadian post-secondary credential

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
9 v' P  |; v  R& u/ KManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
& v& N9 _) g6 ]Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
