Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need , c# _% M& p5 @! @; lto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the 5 c* ]- J5 d7 \( x" c9 grent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
