! {5 H7 P$ }8 D) _1 `•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
0 w! `" ], o- z$ H•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
2 y8 s7 R6 D* {+ d2 u•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
. x7 f* t) y- L/ k6 N  h2 k$ B- F•        Lead by example in company service standards.
! o1 O+ W! a1 r! G) N•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

" E7 ^* ]0 K) N" Q  |•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
* o/ j7 L( {7 Q8 i; Y- E! {2 J0 P•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
