• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 J& d. H7 `8 [8 r3 U' D8 zDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.( c. y% s* ^% f- }/ O1 W% y
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: H9 H2 D: w9 }• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

5 G: ]4 u c* N& o( P• Manage store physical inventory.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
) n8 D; M& } S* b0 D' }9 J# g/ O: o• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

• Excellent customer service skills.# [' ~; N3 f* T* Y1 V

• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
