POSITION SUMMARY:

2 u# h, f/ P8 _) p9 L! b•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
. b% C- Q, e- l' b. J9 TDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
7 H8 {  B7 Y) Z! N- k" ]; ^•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  O9 D% d7 ]# n, ^•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
