POSITION SUMMARY:

$ p; ]: K: v, [6 G2 I6 t7 N•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
) a  [! d& h* h. d$ ?+ Q- o9 KDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

* q& `6 `; m, `3 @; _* V•        Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
( J: H# f& u- n' j  f
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
1 A9 S8 O5 b+ O' C•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 J/ w' D( r9 h" X/ n•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
/ w- {0 {4 @4 f•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
