•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
' R6 H/ R" u3 U! B•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
6 t6 f7 N- W0 x2 H7 J" G( S9 v•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
2 m$ H' D9 `- s# p0 l8 r* m6 T
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
  b; {: L6 N. e/ r' d•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& r. i3 x7 r$ n$ v•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
3 D/ ]/ r8 W" D/ l! S5 Y2 [) {•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* s* r% p" C6 f" H•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
