•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
& o) R1 G$ i& y1 B/ ZDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
" R8 C- j9 N9 ]/ k1 v- [•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
3 L" `# G5 e, Z0 p•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
# V, E, L: z  H. y•        Control store-operating expenses.
! ?0 g4 D5 m) W$ y) Z: Z/ R( U•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
% t* H9 @* _) h/ Q+ G& t•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
% V4 l+ v: C* D$ i) R: e
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
# p; s2 G( a- |8 s5 k  v0 q•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
  `9 b# g. Q% z& l4 I. w•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
9 B' b3 K9 T7 Z•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
