如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

According to Edmonton City's renting Act rules. If you signed a one year lease and left before lease over
without notifying the landlord, the landlord can keep the property empty and ask you pay all  the rest
amount. If you refuse to pay, he will put a bad point in your Credit report. You might have difficult to rent next

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

8 i, p% U: L8 Q" \看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
8 W# q& O# j4 M: K9 C A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
; ?3 [( V9 S( s* H（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
