3. Do you think what is the most important in your job?

4. How do you sell your ideas? (if you can understand this question, not very far to get a decent job.)

3. I think the most important in my job is to effectively carry out my duty.  At the same time, a good relationship with the team members and colleagues in other departments is very important because it will give a positive impetus to my work.

7 R0 r! t& K: |$ i2 |4. I believe a good idea should be supported by some strong evidences, such as data and examples. So before I show my idea, I will do a lot of researches to find enough evidences to convince people. I should study both advantages and disadvantages of the idea. Then, if the idea really benefits my company, I will make my suggestion.

The safety is always the most important thing, of course. As a good technical staff, to complete the assignment and project on time, on budget and with good quality is another most important issue after safety.

i would sell them to myself first. if my ideas are not acceptible to myself, they would not convince other people as well.

In Canada, someone may possiblely get fire by giving out GOOD suggestion, so remeber, don't try to do something as you said at interview.
