JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
" Z" i9 `) M" S& R- upolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

1 U# L4 ?" Q( T' }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

& D% ^- b' B9 V/ t7 Q1 ~/ m2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
; O) S$ |- H, ]of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
  o' z7 `0 O0 T% R' pconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
( }- i9 R* C5 d; @9 B8 e, N7 f- Tarea when required.
! k& S1 F" g9 W4 J! a+ k+ Q% a8 K
6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
- T$ g2 ?  u( c  F6 MManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
( q  g0 `9 D. j; S1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
5 k* X- e& S3 i% Z2 X5 r! S8 q& j3 [- k
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
( d  D% X+ x+ |! S, xof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
* y$ }/ f) |9 d5 k) P4 n: N1 \$ X0 Rcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

5 `6 d8 N9 E: t7 f5 c( e: q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
7 {6 N  I' ~2 {8 H1 q5 l* {" `
" A8 E; Y/ d& n. ~- _1 B: Z" }4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
