DOORPERSON (RATT)

JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
+ Z- G: y  ~3 z3 j, J5 J4 f(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
2 g8 m4 C4 a8 Ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

5 b6 c0 |9 D2 t' n0 KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. J+ V7 ?% V1 ?: `9 V9 q6 k  G  Y1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
/ r6 J9 U, x, G& q, C+ g7 K+ w
  ^& H' D% Q1 E3 [2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

6 ~% _1 I8 r2 Y' N6 H3 \' M0 f3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

" f" @. O5 _9 `8 Z. X! D4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
4 P/ O7 S* n1 oconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
- G+ z/ Z5 c6 G0 M' gManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

. H+ @5 A- N' n% m; m, n2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
5 Y. O* s0 Y6 m- ^  Hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
7 d" x3 X6 S. K" f" ycalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
