$ E9 L* `" \* E# g6 WJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
  z7 r( H. [( z7 tpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

/ ?+ ?: a. Y& t! w. E2 a  A6 R* iDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

0 B& m1 D2 N$ r3 Q6 H2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
. c8 e! Y: q1 I3 O8 T$ ^
; M+ A/ Y4 R. E! i$ Z, M3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

) a4 k; @, ~' S+ ]5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
: r4 ?: j: Y+ C% r4 Varea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) s/ k, R, A( t" o7 w# i, i
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* g8 d$ r" G6 u$ fof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
$ R% [2 R9 T9 A( O  @! U+ [1 `2 T
0 T( ~% b( M/ ~) r& N) v3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ ]: t% {9 r6 ^% w; q4) Must be physically capable.

public.
