JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& e% z, m3 q0 y1 p; W2 w1 ^(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
5 E, \; X" g4 `. m. ]policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

. y# y! i# K, B. \* }* H$ j% G+ `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, [3 [1 r& e& z+ j# f% F4 @1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.
$ ]$ B7 d$ r+ q6 _" x, {/ C- B
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

: [) b5 i5 h% O: h; U3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
4 m5 Y) h; A5 t8 k4 i$ ?/ kconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
* J( l, X9 M* C) W/ T3 Y: DManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

0 q! ^$ h2 j' o) @( i, `) _1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
! L5 ?0 Q! a% |/ s3 ]2 U
% W6 s- l1 p' P$ B& e2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
, [$ z; |, _2 Ycalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
