the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.! [$ }4 o$ Q# x) O4 ?# O& b

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

10) To be available to all parties during elections/referenda for a

from the first working day after nominations close until the last day % ?& h0 [' x. V( Z4 L

) W3 @$ j# [' x* F5 v% |) j& s11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

process is in place.

of activities and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course * S- g. c! ?- ~9 K
for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' : _3 D: r- P! X6 E* }. ^
Union member.
; W6 d* P" c4 T, W& g9 Q: x2 h& _' k; N5 _ @8 w( n% i
2) Must have some experience in student elections.

5 m4 s& E! ?% K" }/ m- n3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
! D# J9 g3 M) ^4 p' J/ E5 Uany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
