# n, R- ]. x, M5 S! bJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
  N4 [" q0 e# J1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
9 E' w5 ^* t" P, Rclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" a) v3 H3 y6 ^! `! v5 z
3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

7 l: A" A5 d& e4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
$ I+ b1 h- b# L% _3 d$ }/ i+ J: j+ _work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

5) Serve as cashier when required.

. l1 A6 l$ r* p6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
& C& [/ \7 W6 H1 C1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
/ R8 u5 a/ [6 [food handling and storage techniques.

) a8 u4 c" W: @7 u" G; m2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
& [! M: f6 w) w+ ?- Q5 m
# W  o) V  G/ }# z3) Cashier experience.

$ F. U$ B* x9 @4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
