Operating Assistant-SUBtitles (Permanent and Fulltime)

JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

6 c6 _' `, d$ t0 |( \3 HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' [) r3 m- H! r4 U& M1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

9 }: ?2 X; K) l  @* r4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
0 |  ]1 Z6 z: k7 T" n1 \: }7 evarious shifts as per store hours

3 p8 X# |3 O# X6 F5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
  W! J+ H6 a+ w# r: E% horders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

1 w9 k& t2 A' u0 e7 B( t* [8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
" N* T; M2 `6 _( K% d% E3 bdate with regards to consignment data

8 T3 {6 G$ K+ _5 m9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
& D5 ]0 [4 Z" KSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

the general public
