Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
" m: y. p. b- X) }7 Y. R, y: ?" g- xfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
3 G/ E3 }7 |' U  c0 j7 J5 {- Ieffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: G+ C- |; c' w8 ]3 q! h9 p1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

, f2 c2 @2 ~2 ~. Y3 i% p2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
& U" ?( X; f  {4 v& i& tRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

* c) ]; t+ L- j, P  Z5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
) i4 J/ [  m4 l/ M$ q) Q- i) Korders for external custom order clients

1 t) X2 G0 H: i5 {: Y; ~5 k6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
  O7 c3 }8 }( e  i: K; \6 Sdate with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

0 f, D# i3 O; K! kQUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

5 R5 e$ m9 j' y4 ?# i, H) H
- w% x5 J# d+ B# N$ t5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
the general public
