7 p5 E8 V1 n# \0 J0 b! f; i4 Z% n2 ~& LOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

& ?  r+ T( T6 M" P. D6 ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
; |' D& C( x; V2 p, P
, u$ f0 Q2 d$ U- w- f6 @3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
) @8 v: F  A' ^4 Z" ndeliveries.
+ |- M0 {  h" Z' X0 \- }+ X
; w* `5 n7 f. n; K5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
( l5 e9 @$ k, U3 h
. z& |- Z' \: n2 p( X. h( n& k- y6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
( ~  X1 I$ @9 W0 k1 R* jshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

$ @% N1 v0 r. ^& W1 f$ h; o' K
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
