1 x& h: e+ h% }1 {! p/ G. e# tJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
. W' u  p. E5 [Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

: h3 v0 [  u5 e( I% W: H$ zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2 F3 G0 o9 K9 b' B! J. o6 q2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
$ _& s7 x* K  H0 c8 m; i2 G
# G0 H0 D; E: ~) q3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
' S- i* {" v. d& Y3 b8 j
* W6 p  x; V& U& H4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" z" U; d, b6 ~: F( \$ Mdeliveries.
& T" S8 Y8 S! a5 Q4 F  M" u
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
0 k: C- m+ {# l' \
4 _7 [; d6 M3 W. j1 w' r# L6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

8 K, V# o4 S; U0 C1 c
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
