Don't be misled by the average price

The average price increase doesn't mean real increase sometimes.

( _' B/ I* Q! X, F% }6 [. IThe average house price in Calagary has gone up by $10,000 since June 1, 2007. But the average price per square foot has changed from $333 to $331, it means the real prices are dropping. I believe the same thing happens in Edmonton.
