Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
3 H9 w! P# V* ^3 Bwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
# m1 r+ I. ?/ }5 `* b6 s& R0 Jprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
' O, X' z8 `1 G$ H0 @Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the' l6 \7 C# d5 d$ l
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.3 i" O. V5 B0 e$ m' Z. W" r
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
! I8 S! ?+ _4 {4 J3 Pvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the3 Y2 h3 O" h! S8 m" p
recyclables.1 j3 s& J' N \2 ~2 [- P, ~
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
5 e+ |; r( A! Apart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.; c0 \6 q0 C" e3 q
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing2 C; e @* o" Y1 {$ }8 o( I
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
* E: @3 R( D% X3 \5 U- n ?hours are part of this crew’s duties.8 h8 ] o: z3 Q! p: H4 m

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
Z, k' E8 c* q: A5 peveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
: A" K( G3 w9 c+ GOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed# _! a6 Z+ U# q
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the! h6 W/ |5 A7 t# a: D; b
festival.
0 j7 t: t) H2 V" Y2 b$ fSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is- N z3 f# ^) M: h
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you

! l* W2 j( L+ t3 w- k6 F) hStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
