Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and/ G S* U" n/ e! B" A3 u1 C& T; a
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft) f' c' x7 u5 D, c! M5 a) X+ a
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.# A0 O# M. O) i! M+ U
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
; H& e" {# G# }! i5 |artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.) g+ f5 e- N) m8 T
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for0 g1 @9 o! a/ C# Z: B* X
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
+ | W, G# R' s1 p# Hrecyclables.
* C8 v% E& m1 tFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
/ M! B# x, x% M5 \1 Fpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.! X# N3 i0 J5 s2 v _
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
: T5 o& p$ _* V7 @8 \! Ithem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late, Q; t' i* N1 u: c, B
hours are part of this crew’s duties., n% f/ }0 \) L3 y7 ^; q/ C
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
: r- S2 e- V; Q# f+ V }) lfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
, T E/ z: M" p/ A9 Eprograms to visitors to the festival.* ^, `4 c0 O6 j- ^' i0 I4 l1 @( {0 f
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
4 t+ Z4 s8 ~% t0 ^8 U+ o1 E0 severyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
! g- i' F, j5 ]8 T1 oOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed& k; O$ b; ~0 O& r5 ^
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the# V3 s5 O% ~7 o
festival." D9 s6 F3 o9 S7 [+ M+ J
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
. ]# G/ @1 B0 t* toperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
+ J" F; O/ c9 R8 ]" F( `5 Care physically fit and ready for any emergency.
# w: v8 u/ J+ `3 e) y! nStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
, H2 ]' l7 m. w0 Dand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
6 O' y: p) h. h4 i# b4 X3 k) RTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
5 [9 |9 D+ @: E3 K9 K0 v$ R0 _; rrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
8 j+ y" E7 A' ~* \2 o, {0 c0 M9 b0 Mairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival* o9 @8 K1 Y, Z2 i+ C- W
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
