Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Q4 u. h) S( P; xBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
G# ]/ W7 Q3 r0 v" Cwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft- H! x3 o& T' | S& D
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
L" h5 M" X# V4 g& f4 f; Y; WChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
# D/ B) z. C, t% k* I6 Dartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.# q; f6 a" @' r
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for: B' f( s; B+ C. i
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
. u& q/ k4 o7 p% Krecyclables." F/ [0 ]8 q) A" s: N8 M. i
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be- ^6 L9 ]0 B9 O9 @9 C2 u
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.; }- R/ V, c7 B* ^
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
& o! ^& C5 t( |+ w" kthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
0 u1 I1 V+ I% D; Qhours are part of this crew’s duties.& g7 H8 z' k- r
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
; H; Y% V: u B) H' cfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide; u1 }! T4 i- n: Q
programs to visitors to the festival.- u* ^1 c& H0 z: f4 f% s9 U
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for. U( A2 p' T9 @ ]7 g& ] w
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.5 {) D1 y+ I u, b [6 r
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
6 ~, ?+ T. C& q; Uevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is! P6 o6 S4 B% M3 |
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you' h+ Q( ]% r2 P- h5 \0 h
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
& y$ o+ }4 T; @+ }3 zStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training! B: I: ^5 o: r, }$ R3 h
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.! m( v6 B( x0 j
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
. Q' X5 p9 t5 ]& Yrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
4 [ Z( C Y1 Q+ ]6 W: H. m0 U/ n* I$ fairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
