no, just surprised to see its listing price because it's in the same area where I live right now and I know it's usually more than 500K for that kind of house.

One of my friends bought a 3 years new 2300 sq ft house in Calgary west and paid $530K. So $470K for a 1800 sq ft house is not cheap.

you should know sqft != price

4 I+ E8 u- ~- D, k0 z& qyou may be able to get 2000sqft+ house in north east for $530K too, maybe.

, N% v* ?% s8 r% O两年前那个区一般30多W.  那房子45W可能难一些, 在LEWIS ESTATE很小的single detached不带车库的都快40W了(一朋友最近买了一1400SQFT+那种没车库的小独立屋, 36W多) . 到别的区看看转转吧, 说不准有你想要的价位.

基于目前的情况,想买房的,还是等待比较好,建议等到冬天看看,很多炒房的已经快傲不住了.
