Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
/ l% B4 ]$ ^* ?& I: K* x4 Eexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

4 E+ J; a6 o/ Tconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
