to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
8 H8 t6 t) K$ f; h- fexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
$ C2 Z( Y: [9 G0 gcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
1 K8 x( F5 f! Q! @! ~job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and

& v: }# d, E/ B- u7 D6 f% [Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
7 e9 c, ^" i( h! u8 R: ]consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
" G1 u; N/ W/ T0 P3 vunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.

Salary:
