group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
0 P5 F5 Y( M6 N9 W, S* A; P2 Bassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
; ]' F* a: r' I! {addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
# m2 e( a% g# y: B$ Q, uprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
2 T3 P# F* S( k4 `! B% M+ ?assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the

1 D) F; f. B. ^& A- m3 C' |( TQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
