JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- : m1 e2 i a7 _' r3 J7 N( V* ?" H
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
5 T+ @4 J/ J" TSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ W$ R1 o6 a0 O
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' F% A( p0 \- D* F2 |/ I1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning * k% U# E; L: ?3 W
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.9 E& P1 A6 K" _* Z) \ W7 X0 t" e

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 2 t5 g; o& d1 ^1 y4 I$ @7 |
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
, }. {6 {+ ?. J* r; k- v X, v) g& x8 t3 m* p% R% d# [
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
0 e) V* e1 r. ~5 G- Ycourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 7 U# ~) @) ~5 J' d$ o9 o
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment " G+ O, ^4 d3 O$ v

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
" C6 P$ N+ N ?1 l$ `! Y# W$ O. G0 }1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
- b" [) _1 N: T2 t g9 d) p2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
" w7 e9 K3 u" ~( ~* ]# S1 |3 Tskills.. |* z$ N) N3 ?$ ]! e
2 e4 H1 a. @8 Q# l3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

/ T( {, j$ I! u- s L% K4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution. I' p% [) I: w7 [
