Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects & H! |* y2 n1 k* E5 F6 X
of Course Pack production.

& Z& v/ M: x) y, ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, Y7 F- U" I. q( h5 r! k7 L
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning # i! w, c2 Q+ A+ Q6 a6 F* L
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing., M. `8 {! Y. L0 \

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ; z1 A/ u! E4 e* L9 f. d. q( U6 I
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting., S) S" n7 P! Z
* ^ x: S; y$ F( E( W
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
# O( Y5 i2 x+ Ocourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
% k9 {& ^5 \" F7 p( [. o$ qkeeping appropriate and accurate records., ^8 j* q2 f' E9 \

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
6 o& o0 A6 o" M( O& mfailures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
6 n n; p7 L& U. q G1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
" S1 L H9 A& V" m( e2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
2 D: M% ]! M, i% Askills.
3 K n$ |5 n" a) x" M* Z/ p- K" }+ G
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
) p. _. K3 y, X. {6 K+ V9 m! `6 k9 T# B" E% ]& I
4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
