Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:4 r! ]9 L, N% B" R$ X, W0 }7 f# r# P
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
& I. s! @9 K, F, Cof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
7 j. \ O+ _9 l J7 @; Y: ~- \+ f, C' q% V5 W- i% d
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including # u6 T- g S# m/ k5 w5 i- }5 B: r! M
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
, ]' x4 `; R+ |4 q" M# s2 V1 n7 ^+ e( m' @
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
+ k1 Z& z1 S" h+ v" i: Rcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 ~0 ~& ]: @' ]" P3 I8 [- u' L
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
9 ^: X) b, x6 L; T F* A# ifailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
" X( z; P; W1 ~$ f: ~% E% eand adhere to regulations as appropriate.* y8 ]* _! i; C7 }, ~& k( Q% \1 x# w: S
6 K" z4 e* e& Z6 O, x, Q6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.2 k' A, k0 \, P! c

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:% a3 Q; e; ^! T! G4 v0 I# F
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
( @( g& n5 G: o8 |1 j' M2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
* G0 y' D$ i& m3 vskills.$ }0 u$ W* m2 }$ e9 Y% ^
8 T1 r' q9 |1 |! T6 W3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. O& m2 c# w K! B. i+ }8 s8 t+ Q
2 h1 d# D+ R8 C- {4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
