JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ) |- a7 d6 u7 l: \
of Course Pack production.4 U9 E+ K2 j& o. j' N
6 X: c2 e; n& k* N6 @: GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! O( [& m# Z$ d K8 D* a
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 ]1 u% e2 d* c9 H9 F% m7 K4 k
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.- O2 F7 G/ ^8 f+ M7 ~6 J
6 J+ q5 J1 V3 z6 J4 E) `
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
) V2 E( w9 C3 h! Eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

$ K% o' w r3 o. R% x* p$ I! ?1 W3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 8 A( E: n& F% s _( X& M
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

& F+ A$ F) Z4 j( i; S6 \8 M4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 5 b# y) T4 F8 w/ p: j( ?, }6 p* ]- P

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.8 k3 S$ C Y0 x, Y& _
