原料里写鸡蛋一个是因为,这个鸡蛋有2个用处,一个是加入面粉混合物,还有一个用途是刷在桃酥表面,让桃酥看上去更漂亮。 加入面粉混合物取1/4是因为这个配方的配比问题,也就是约鸡蛋溶液12-15ml的样子。加多了水分就太高7 L! ]' ~# C7 V! A9 h0 ^7 W
