Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 _4 o% i! b+ l5 o. c- r. z* c1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning # k9 \- P0 S3 I0 {+ u6 R
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.# c9 K# Q! d/ w( h# m, t. B% Z
/ k9 ~' Q4 N4 E2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including : l" z' Z( u* ~# F3 X- N
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

" J* r3 N. y' h3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of . T& s1 E9 k, T2 P" Y J
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and % b4 @/ Y) ~' B- Q

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.* j9 ?& O' b4 w4 L* }0 w/ I L( q( _
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication - B1 I, h$ j9 v) [3 e6 ^) L
skills.

& C% w, Q5 r& P! K! G3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
