SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
) D) k2 n$ ~* U, T' jSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
! l" P( ?9 c! l( S% Oof Course Pack production.

- v5 i0 R/ b R% W$ bDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:; c4 f( `9 d5 g9 j9 ^7 U
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 6 v8 I; ~, v- m! i
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
+ c% J; j( A; ?5 d; \$ i! a5 p/ B2 v: G
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# Q% U5 X2 E, u, j: _6 v- Fprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
' z) \; q0 {3 S0 L
8 ]2 f0 G4 D8 ]0 l C) P3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
% r; c5 X3 a$ `, \* Gcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 R) E* F3 U9 T& F/ j, u; tkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

; r ~- H4 [4 F- m4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

0 Z7 z: j+ f7 R2 y9 }, d5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 3 [& Q. [0 t& h' m5 g' i
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.2 m. U8 V- d! ^/ j! j

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 L3 s* D: P& x @0 l; }1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent./ `; w8 N1 d( h
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * m) C4 B% F4 e5 H9 [+ [1 x- M
skills.* X% O; o4 G$ ]0 @1 l0 W
! Y* z; m! ~. I6 o5 \1 Y9 ~3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.! ^& v$ m, ~" T% A7 ]! X9 k

8 a, I; B/ r" C$ v6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
