[咨询求助] 咨询电焊工的培训\工资待遇

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
一直听说电焊工的工资比较高,没有加国证的是17加币/小时  有的35加币,不知道是不是真的,所以想问问电焊工在爱称收入如果没有加国证的能有多少收入,如果要烤初级证需要多长时间,学费多钱?学到高级要多长时间,学费多钱?  学习期间做学徒是否有工资,如有大约多少?

一般来说,学徒的薪水是这样计算的,学徒一年,journeyman 的 60%;二年,70%;三年,80%;四年,90%。如果 journeyman 的薪水是 $35/H,那么,学徒一年就是 $21,学徒二年就是 $24,学徒三年是 $28,学徒四年是 $31。

如果是小公司,老板自己有证,他需要的是有点经验的工人为他做工赚钱而已,薪水很难说,应该是你和老板讨价换价定下来。大概不会超过 $20。7 U" K; m4 S2 l

如果是大公司,没有加拿大的证书,那就得从学徒开始了。学徒期间,当然有钱拿,学徒的薪水,上面已经说了。做够一定小时的工作之后,比如900个小时,你就可以去上学了。一般应该是去 NAIT 吧?上学是全职,上学期间,你可以拿 EI 的。EI 的钱,大概是你做工期间收入的 60%。, m' Y  c+ ^9 [1 R# G2 \

另外,有“焊工肺”之说,不是很清楚怎么回事。应该是一种职业病吧。, G9 T8 e- A& x$ B

我做工的工厂边上就是一家焊接公司,曾送东西去那家公司做焊接。进去后,觉得里面的空气不是很好。要知道,那是一家工厂,应该有足够的通风设备什么的。即便如此,空气都不怎么样。1 q# s* g" _% E5 I$ p

9 U. G# z/ N! R! z+ |  ?, m, h0 C不是在工厂里做的呢?曾经在一个建筑工地和一位本地焊工一起工作过。那是一座教堂,我们要架一条3英寸的煤气管道。管道和管件都需要焊接。焊接过程中,有许多烟。在工地上,不可能有什么通风设备,这些烟和烟中所夹带的灰尘,有一部分就进了焊工的肺里。' N) x0 W* B, S" F

焊工经常咳,说话有些沙哑。我想,也许他抽烟,是个特别吧。后来,他又派他的一个工人来工地做,这个人好像也是有些气管不好。4 U2 b: m+ v7 B# c

前几天,碰到一本地人。他是我做 plumbing 的客户,闲下来,就聊几句。
! ^% N# f! B4 r$ Q  r% s) ]9 x$ Z
他说,他有电焊证,只是不做了。问他为什么,他说,怕得职业病。出乎我意料的是,他说,工厂里的电焊工,做不得。倒是工地上的,可以考虑。我原以为,工厂里做电焊不错的,因为有通风设备。可他说,工地上,虽然没有通风设备,但有风。工厂里,虽然有通风设备,但还是太封闭。不是所有的烟尘都可以抽走的。

我想,电焊工赚的多,是有代价的。+ E1 V1 X, C5 I2 `: n

不知道谁了解这样的工作那里找。) G6 ~0 I* N5 _; `, k( Z

如果送报到住户家里的话,本人有经验。这样的活,赚不了多少。
