我在国内的时候办过杂志,杂志对产品和技术的广告事实上有两种.一种是直接的,报道性的和显然的.这种广告编辑部只要审查其必要的证明材料. 另一种是间接的和隐性的,由编辑部特别撰文介绍推荐的,对这类广告文章,编辑部收费较高,所以也责任重大,往往读者潜意识认为编辑部对产品或技术又较深的了解,会产生购买趋向.假若出了问题,记者和编辑部是要负一定连带责任的.我想这种情况有类似之处.

不过这不存在法律问题，仅仅是网站的声誉问题！！！

If you say 200 won't fix it in the beginning, I may still want to pay the extra. However of course, if you want to charge about the same price as other repair shops, it is not likely I will ask you to fix it. It is quite obvious maybe you have the skills, but you don't have the tools and equipments.

The mechanic  who fix my car's problem asked me who did it the first time? I said a Chinese garage. He could not believe a car repair shop would do anything like that. He said it is like a first time job from a friend who don't know much about car.
