Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will% B6 A9 A: p7 K. V& {2 H5 a
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't+ c# D( ~9 j, G* X
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from+ `2 m Z" }$ w5 A
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
