Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.# J( Z5 L& I" j i' D- F2 }4 G# f

Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will* B9 p1 Z# t' u4 x
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't: d/ A" c" A; c- k
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.# e! l9 P9 ^# @ ~' l( U3 a
0 S* v3 ]; f& T8 lThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
6 l5 {; U' \! C: r9 `* z8 s& _, gattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed% u j; i# D: M* H; m+ E) N
a big reduction in h.air loss.! U5 m7 U8 J0 e s# q, ~, S$ n# \
/ R# N9 I7 f7 W, Z1 T; N% J
It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this! D, m$ v" n6 k4 A; e
and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job% ^1 S3 W5 z5 |! I7 L
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
. x9 ~4 L1 S \6 [! Vthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so$ D: C" N2 ]- _0 n4 C( L
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs, U0 c8 V. m% _' T8 v* G+ p
with one h.air washing.

change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last. Your

dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.

product. I had to learn not to do that.

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold) v( e" r, n' d
or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the2 v/ C6 L. S/ {
h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the. w6 l6 T! x. @) o# _ z
trauma you caused it.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go1 S) t% `5 w5 _/ m
into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
