Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will, ]' a- S7 |, B
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
; L$ ?+ I) y; a; m$ v, Fattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
' P; h2 v4 Z% S W( Q8 F3 n- Va big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.1 x& M4 Y( U! ~* W$ j. l" T

and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
+ K# b( c0 p/ l2 h( o1 o8 U8 Owhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
