Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will
$ c. H5 H2 p* h9 q3 B5 Q. Gsay it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't3 B0 l$ W. ]. l* T9 H: q
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.+ @- w/ n4 G9 R% \! u7 ^" @8 n' M3 o

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from; l: C8 a. }8 C, I0 G
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

) S9 b8 P% j' k. _It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the1 s' s4 [8 L& ]$ {5 z1 o" `

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this
* U* A; F9 b3 ^" _/ B8 k1 |' fand my Nizoral shampoo.

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
