Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.$ H; t* G0 C/ D/ @& X
! X6 X) n8 ]4 [) B- {The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from( x. K* s# k+ F" f8 J# k
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

$ g* Q! z5 n# v) U5 ?
It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
) K' Z# d/ o3 W- M: {aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs" M+ A5 @' U( s1 Z+ S3 a$ ]: E

dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
