The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from; P5 M! I1 E5 e
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
* A9 n2 {1 m: L. E7 fa big reduction in h.air loss.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this4 B9 u! F4 u: T% U9 q
and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
+ i F+ e) l1 [; Kwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,+ T5 d+ j/ Y' ^# y
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
( L$ i8 h" X4 `) }) ]- @aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs# `" H$ f- B- `

h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
