Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

4 J# `9 O6 g) F% Cregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.( O; R% u5 P! p2 R9 O! Z. J
8 E9 l) z) ]% \$ }: _ W* j8 o8 eThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
' s* z: H5 s; t( b" Oattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
% F2 q2 U% U. c( ^( b$ A: Cthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
5 o1 i. H5 e& baggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs2 x- f0 X, W( d4 R7 @% Z
with one h.air washing.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

dry it the same way.

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
