Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will0 C6 S3 {' Z% p6 o
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't" V7 Z# y/ Y/ n2 V# U
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

: L" b# Z, B9 }+ r6 _" tThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from- _# q. H& Y: B5 K
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
