同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
) v, t; D8 H  }+ s' E- iregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

. M4 m( s4 W9 u  T# ?The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
/ e% x; Q1 W/ q7 q$ r3 a- S: ~attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
+ n. d; v; d+ j( m  t. Qa big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

, T) @9 Z3 e9 L* p* ~  `2 {1 L) LTip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #4:  When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air
) E$ `$ L/ h7 L3 P. U# c6 Dwith a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to

h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't
* o1 R6 v$ ]( W) ?5 \dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.
I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
7 v$ g9 {5 x; h; O; ~4 n( aproduct.  I had to learn not to do that.

( ?, m, Q: D7 E& aIf you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the
h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the
trauma you caused it.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go
into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
  O+ X+ a0 [( n* Dh.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
