同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

( [. X  n0 y2 p5 B# V' BTip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
6 j- A0 q9 I2 v' A0 L! @a big reduction in h.air loss.

, ]" C. v+ y4 n% B) HIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

Tip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

bottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo.  At best,

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day.  Unless you've got a job

- w: W$ C& Q( f9 }2 L. Bthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily.  Doing so

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
scrubbing.

twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just
rinse with water.

with a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.

product.  I had to learn not to do that.

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the
h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the
trauma you caused it.
