Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will; C7 S' U; [( n4 T
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't* l3 O) m# h/ j5 E& L
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.5 Z# h3 @5 d I: C8 T
5 ?! {8 K! i5 Q+ fThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
! m# V; D/ H z; e& nattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
" e: R. I q& ?1 Q+ {a big reduction in h.air loss.' W Q# r" @+ V3 v9 m( w
( e) z9 Z7 d& Y( b5 z
It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

( Y+ F) W9 C. TTip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
# s; W% f" z Lwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,& e) Z; j; Y; s- y; @
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so! N' r+ |7 q6 l% _
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
