About background check

offices(s).  Unfortunately, we cannot provide a date when the processing
  _4 d" q% j4 M4 gof your application will be complete.  We cannot respond to requests for
the status of your application before this information is received."
) X  H1 l' d4 [' ~; j* E, [# b5 b
8 u" n: z9 r/ _$ x6 ZDoes this mean I am undergoing background check? Is it a normal BC and security background check(SBC)? Anybody has idea about how long it is gonna take? Thank you!

不用太担心，他们的回复都是同一格式，不代表一定在作背景调查。我也收到过这样的回复，后来request了一个CAIPS NOTES，发现是不知为什么我老婆得Medical Examinaion的结果他们一直没收到。现在我们就要landing了。你也可以request一个CAIPS NOTES，看看到底是怎么回事。
