楼上说的有道理.就一般而言,(除温哥华,而且温哥华每个地区也不一样,有些地区甚至比我们这里便宜).房价还是与就业和经济有很大的关系.上海,北京,深圳房价一浪高过一浪,尤其北京天空灰蒙蒙的,饮水质量极差,肯定不适宜人类居住,但房价照样往上涨,为什么?钱好赚.人不会有饭碗,还总想去要饭.但桂林,山清水秀,应该适宜人类居住,可房价平均也就是2000多,为什么?工作不好找.还是这个原因,人要吃饭.* G2 o1 b0 J s' N
爱德蒙顿也一样,天气不好,可是银子好赚,租房的房租和交贷款差不多,即便干几年,肯定也是先买了房子好,走时也许还会赚点.所以还会考虑买房,所以我觉得房价涨不涨不知道,但应该不会跌.没人买房,就要租房,房租就涨,持房者就不卖,房源就减少,供求关系就会调整到一个新的平衡点., I- j; r' w J2 B2 H
现在买房者观望,卖房者在等待,就看谁比谁更有耐性.

Agree. This is exactly what happened in US. A lot of home builders are losing money due to deflated land value. ' _6 v. s, K; T4 Z3 k2 }( K3 d7 [/ A% B# v8 s7 q; e
I think land prices in Edmonton will come down as less houses are being built. The demand for land is dropping.5 [/ l4 G4 M, f( [8 q+ W
