开始给的offer是down pay $4000, 每月$599+Tax, 36 months, 年利率7.95%, Buyback $18250. 算下来利息要付6500多。7 B( T2 }8 P( \- W! L
; V3 U) [: S0 a6 f' i于是决定多付Downpay, 共$25000,然后是每月$575+Tax, 24 months, 年利率7.95%, buyback $1, 算是Financing而不是Lease了,因为是Lease company, 必须有个buy back,所以就象征性的1元。另手续费$245+tax, Interim fee: 321.3+tax, # K& k0 r. M) M# s; `' z6 {/ v

实际Gross Payment: $25000+ (575*24+$245+$321.3)*1.06=$40228.28
