a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 b2 C1 i1 k2 n; H! L$ D9 VPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
0 S- T1 i5 P4 O8 W7 C' Y- |* hintegrated system/circuit design.

/ c9 f" P! i1 D$ JThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: a  z6 T: ^9 u6 Y. L$ ~(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
6 e( X7 K5 L* S/ }) F3 U0 J) M(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
