a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

4 ^! ^* W; i/ ]* [Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* T, s8 I* i3 S4 h9 Sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  I. i. J  \( e6 f& u7 ~+ s' p9 ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ X0 B, i; M) h4 Pintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. R4 A# L" E( L( a0 p(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 d7 j" z" E; U# l6 @) a(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
3 L) N* V1 Z5 v' G$ e(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
