申请者应满足如下条件:
- p9 \+ b; j( Ga) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships
% N+ y# Z4 [9 l! @6 x8 s; O
Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 f7 I/ N( l, O# T/ e/ jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

! q) n* N) {$ |9 C7 pThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ F5 a& h- o* r0 c(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& B  a, C+ J1 x# @" B# `9 d# }(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
$ S+ E9 J9 q" H( A) b! ^& ?(e) A good team work player.
