a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

8 p4 a' ~, k2 c* M( Tc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

$ _3 Z0 @; @0 `0 _8 `5 x1 p5 d% CPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
: i" c; s" l8 k' f6 k6 venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. m1 r7 }: A5 L$ H( s# ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& ^+ i3 r$ B& h# x( E: o(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
$ i; a  e' [. C8 W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 N# ?9 s3 Z7 F4 K. J(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
