请问出offer的问题

请教一下，出offer是否也要亲自和经纪到房主那呢？为什么不是出一个offer给经纪，经纪问屋主，屋主同意就OK，不同意就再说个价呢？我的经纪要求我和他一起去。大家都是这样的吗，请过来人指点。

May give seller the impression that you really want to buy, which means you lose some bargaining margin.

I myself will not go.

, t) |7 P; O8 r# S3 h& ?1 C& l4 e出一个$ number 给经纪, 经纪 prepare the offer, you just sign. 经纪 need to do a lot more to be a good 经纪.

# R7 b8 T8 o2 W! A- {) |Sounds like you need to be more careful with this 经纪.  (Personal opinion only. Decide for your self. )

因爲你的經紀想速戰速決，雙方可立即成交，寫 offer 時記着給自己留點後路，以免後悔。
買賣雙方是不是同用一個經紀人？或是你找人家的 listing agent？

多谢蛇王。都是一个经纪的，应该不是listing agent（我想listing agent是指屋主指定的agent吧）。
