JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

7 A0 o# j, Z+ b; ^" O; J2 N2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
# I8 p; p6 q, \0 t1 `3 @% b
$ G1 x2 I6 Z1 x# A0 g8 h3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4 C+ Q# Z( ~1 W0 _1 d! T4 I4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

$ ]. z; N; F- j4 O+ f2 n; P. n
' l& M  X# m& d; l5 T/ t0 v) T1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

9 a, q; R7 J1 p. }! k2) Cashier experience.
' J1 `) [7 _3 C6 ^
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! p* q0 G1 _- t. x. I+ j4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
