JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

' D$ X8 B, S2 }0 e2 }" V1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
) Q8 h: a; S0 j1 z, Q
8 W: @! y; F, B" G2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

# y( ]# K! r# d  S1 o3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7 \- C+ D( ~$ I: E, ~+ ?8 _1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
  P# f% E% V3 k# ^7 }' r' d9 m
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
( M8 [$ }0 O/ n
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

3 Y7 \5 T. p/ U) n$ ^% Q5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
