& `& P4 T; F4 J7 v3 R+ b( Z; ^JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
* o  R% y5 y2 }1 S% o1 J  x% E
3 r4 H6 E  h+ Y3 G1 t& ]2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

- e3 i/ R) {: b' k% q0 Z4 r$ t# Z) L4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

, s: s+ b2 I& |4 e6 t5) Serve as cashier when required.

: }  W! E0 g+ G( b2 G; V5 F6 C$ m  U6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

3 E' N0 l( ~8 [+ cQUALIFICATIONS:

8 Q0 F( R2 K$ v4 ~1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

2 V) N/ C* q/ k9 K+ p3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
