here's the short description of the position.
' X8 V, c3 P- D% `2 VWork as part of the IBM team supporting our customer. Must be on site. There is no travel money available. 2 to 3 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML and DB2.
: V- o" L" g$ v& N2 R9 a* B/ M* WNice to have exposure to Main Frame and any financial system
) f1 |3 D. `* J- n8 I4 YMust be really good in communication within the team and with customer.

the key word would be java/j2ee/jsp/struts/commication skill/customer facing/team work/problem solving/troubleshooting/....it's a maintenance position at this time, but have potential working on projects.
