HELP!!what should i do?

I feel very angrey!!!!!!!        I learn driving in "Sunny"school 1mon ago,something happened in my family at that time,so I didn't ask them to book exam for me.I called them and left messages  last week but until now they didn't reply to me ,{I paid money for rent their car already } so What should I do?/   1: Can I get money back?  2: can I call direcly to book a exam with examiner or need to go another school  again? 3 : Do I need to study insurence class?  what is it for this insurence class??        PL,HELP!!!

Insurance class will teach you driving skills to avold emergency. Some insurance company will give you diccount for
insurance bill with the certificate from driving school.
I suggest you talk to them again directly.
