烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

1 s* J+ `" x6 W* e- w+ J. W• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. - _% j1 H1 @' w6 m( D1 ]4 |
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. 8 s) _" G- r0 n2 j2 J3 k# [0 s
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.* d0 p0 s- z' u2 J) J7 O

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。
