Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
! B! z: A7 U: t6 X+ MThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
! G/ i& g, {9 C) o( y4 l2 `0 mI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
+ a- a# F4 m4 X) pWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
