Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
$ i) V$ m  p& P  ?5 x# \, h$ a0 dBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
6 ~" t3 \4 ^# J0 X& U+ ADon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
1 ?8 Y7 v, {' bI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
' X8 o' ?4 _3 F! F. X' HWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
