strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

4 d% w4 K, V2 X vQualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
2 q$ k5 Z5 [) j. Eobtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a9 f: N: F) s2 \1 k
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification m3 | ~$ h, A+ H6 j5 s+ N
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
+ \4 }1 G& F& B: U' a5 }& _required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
: N8 B+ n+ e! Zcloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
3 v( K" a6 m& h- [6 `$ G1 gover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification8 T& u; w! W! d* {3 P
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with& v' m3 e( v+ S" v
the ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
