1. 2008年加拿大房地产市场保持稳定和温和上升，这和美国房地产市场衰退不同，建议有房的同胞睡大觉(高枕无忧)！

2. 2008年加拿大强劲的房地产市场已从西部向中部转移，主要抄点在Regina 和 Winnipeg，建议抄房的同胞大胆向加拿大中部转移, 抢占先机，实现中部倔起，再现辉煌！

0 g" \7 V& _/ E. p/ I3 c3. 2008年Edmonton的房地产市场继续调整，房地产市场升值只有1%，在所列的加拿大9大城市中排列最后，所以Edmonton的房地产市场将仍是买方市场，建议要买房的同胞不要手软，买房时尽可能砍价！

" g3 G7 K5 a  f& m4. 由于2008年Edmonton的房地产市场继续调整，卖房的同胞要合理标价，尽可能自卖或Comfree 以减少开支，增加实际收入, 要记住多赚少赚都是赚，薄利多销才能发展！

请问怎样分析出08年EDMONTON会曾长1%来的?
这么确切?不是涨5%或10%或跌.

2.就是年初的edmonton,现在进去没有什么油水了。

8 O6 v, X/ n5 z% b东部省份没有经济的支持不会出现像爱省或沙省那样的大涨的。如果真有投资价值，看好东部海边度假屋，便宜有补涨空间。

纽芬兰labrador地区最近发现大铁矿，房价在过去18月涨了200%，一般的小房从8万涨到24万。现在好多纽芬兰人琢磨着要回流，这些房子涨到60万也很容易。

任何投资都有风险。如果Royal LePage 2008 房产市场预测是准确的话，现在投资Regina 和Winnipeg并不晚，因为全年有11%~15%的涨幅，而且二地过去的涨幅也不能和Edmonton比，2007年Regina平均房价163,500, Winnipig平均房价170,500, 而Edmonton平均房价337,500. 因此,Renina and Winnipig还有补涨空间。

Manitoba — Quietly Thriving
Manitoba’s unemployment rate is a quite respectable 4.6%. All of the provinces in western Canada have unemployment rates below 5.0% (while all of the provinces in the East have unemployment rates of 6.5% or higher). Winnipeg (+2.5%) is providing jobs faster than the nation as a whole (+2.0%) and its unemployment rate (5.1%) is lower than the national average (6.1%). Winnipeg is also finally seeing an upturn in its housing starts (+26%) after lying dormant over the past several years, while the rest of the country surged. The prosperity in the region is demonstrated by the fact that retail sales growth in Manitoba is among the highest in the country, at +9.1% year over year through June.

Winnipeg’s economy is highly diverse, with a well-balanced mix of firms in transportation equipment (buses and aerospace/Boeing), pharmaceuticals, finance and insurance (Great West Life), telecommunications (Global TV) and agricultural products. As for major upcoming construction projects, Manitoba Hydro is ramping up proposals for mega hydroelectric projects on the Burntwood and Nelson Rivers that flow into Hudson Bay. (CanaData forecast: Manitoba’s real GDP +2.9% in both 2007 and 2008.)
