BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor. @' o; f$ u$ S2 W% b2 H

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader! A. g* v3 {4 R r8 y- ]" I
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
+ v' ]1 _0 C) e) _-Other questions:$ @; k+ D. i$ y+ k2 O" h8 U
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).0 H3 u' l5 F% @, b
! N; {! N1 o8 Y6 i V" oFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

& E+ k! w) G$ x' f- s+ mAfter the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR - S" }9 w- r9 s
. B! d3 X7 A( LThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.6 O0 N$ b: ~1 E5 c

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).1 w, w% W+ M" T2 ~

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
