Interview 1: by manager and technical leader1 ^$ F# @. e4 x8 g8 ]! ?9 Y
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.4 {$ G0 Q f; o; v0 T6 N

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

5 _- Q% |; n0 E: e/ E% `1 `6 ~$ QFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

" `* m4 L& ?. }# JThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.1 \( \2 u+ c0 g+ i4 F+ `8 A) z
. ~8 E! h8 S$ q: K+ k( M6 ]One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.* u/ R2 Z; `% v" c. B
. x; {0 ^- p$ t5 _HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.4 l7 s! h5 @/ v2 h) u

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20)./ P& ` z1 h- m$ ~3 W _
+ q8 ^8 d& m- V# f: \2 u! zHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
