•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
7 E0 W+ z( {: Z9 x$ p2 x•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
8 L  t% I; V. L•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  S$ t% S1 ~8 t1 z3 A•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
; q9 t$ E( g7 F! }6 J6 l/ X; T, `9 H•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
% F5 B6 l! D2 a$ H4 L* P•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
