) W  F. Q/ _8 c7 \•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
9 t0 D6 J0 p+ I7 i" {( F•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
+ A- n7 `4 w4 ]7 J; u3 t$ B* H•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
  {, d. x7 M7 r- Z4 x: R•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

  H5 e4 H/ L. I8 z" l/ g•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
; d* v0 W4 @0 h•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
