Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)

; u0 r, O9 {9 [! f! jJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
