# Canceled, withdrawn and terminated listings: 53 (82)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 169 (174)
/ f4 B) q3 ~" \Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)
Active listings for condos: 1928 (1817)

$ s, |5 X/ Z, aJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
