put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
1 J$ l, q) J( s- Kplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
; j. y' | m4 |/ l& g v3 z) kthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.3 E% w, k x9 @% m& J2 X
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
