EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

Description:
& W1 P+ k* b# u {1 {3 |! t8 {- MThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for7 r, y; }" @1 _; A' B
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.; B% \8 x$ G& t6 R4 g
4 Z R; p; n/ o5 z. J1 ^Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials7 Z: ]' E) d' h+ `& I. q
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
9 u: j( t7 Q+ U* @certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
