EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

Description:
( J" y& e& A3 f. `2 k% l7 JThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for* X# D) C6 m2 k% ]0 w& ?
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
5 H4 s; \7 ]% P2 V' Aof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different$ A5 a& y( {& T6 A. J! o$ ]4 F: k
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events., @7 |1 X1 p- _& Y

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
