EDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。3 g& i0 O( S- H2 c" T& ~

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

Description:
& f3 I4 {* A! J5 \* x' W \& m3 cThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for) W' V/ D6 ~$ ~: B! g; y) C4 w5 {9 A
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.2 \! T% S! R1 {/ }5 J

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials% _! A5 _, ?, v* H1 A; R9 h1 u
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different
