时间：上午9点至12点理论培训，下午1点至4点实习。

# P w4 E: j1 f8 K: Z6 uThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for$ w8 l9 D* _) W& `. Z1 |. z
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
/ o/ m8 q% M+ ]8 v! T! z( Mof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different5 H7 r3 ~( a. G. F4 }# S+ T
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events. k& @1 c# v( g# h- Z- S& Y
3 O8 _; o5 g% G$ @Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
