We split the costs of Power and Internet; if you take the large room where two persons can stay, you pay $300 for one person only and $330 for a couple; if you take the small one, $565/2. You must make security deposit with the same as your rent before moving in.+ l6 x' q0 K3 o' x
For short term, one person pays 330 including rent, Power, and Internet; a couple pays 360. NO deposit.& X; w$ V/ ~4 J
