* _+ `. Z: r0 ZWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele+ J* N& u2 G4 S l
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
7 P1 V5 V, \, T9 X. pResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
- \4 D& I* s" yProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support1 [; G2 b* Y+ W; p
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff3 s4 L0 Z" k- g; E% s
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
- G5 U2 \+ q6 h1 |Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP7 t+ t; z2 Y/ V& c9 j1 M9 }" A
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS: i# ^" K; M0 a a+ u

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program: b* j0 e, r+ Q
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. T+ |% E7 s" V$ l
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations0 T5 y' `( ]6 g; L( W
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)$ l* |5 T2 y" a
