Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support

Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
( @3 ~5 K5 `% i/ O3 u! @Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer9 } a- m, ]2 W, i& @
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations, }/ C6 N. V+ P& n. R) `
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)5 R. Z" z4 b- ^/ c' L' ]5 {. c3 g8 x
