% w) L& S% `- R  P" i' `The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

" Y- Q3 \0 q( }* I( t% `/ M0 b6 p= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

! |; m3 y7 g* |1 A0 M! v& l5 y- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
% ]$ n$ N# S' i  t7 E" N- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
