房东不退押金怎么办呢?

最近有点烦. 我已经搬出原来的公寓大半年了, 这个公寓就在我搬出那个月将房子卖给个人了, 老房东已经将所有的文件转给了这个新房东. 每次电话找新房东要押金, 但总是说在处理中, 很快就给, 可已经很长时间了, 真是忍无可忍了.
有遇到同样问题的朋友么? 大家怎么解决的?
