Tent event moves Edmonton's job market into the great outdoors

Edmonton... Edmontonians looking for a job, considering a career change, or struggling to find qualified staff are invited to drop by the Alberta Employment and Immigration Tent Event on Thursday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tents will be set up at the Alberta Service Centre located at 6325 Gateway Boulevard.

0 B" o$ b6 M0 MVisitors will be treated to a free barbecue lunch plus an outdoor mini job fair, career services expo, contests and prizes, and a charity dunk tank in support of Habitat for Humanity.' z6 k s: u4 l( C0 D! i0 L

A number of local employers will be recruiting staff onsite, including: Alberta Motor Association, Beretta Protective K-9 Services, International Compass Group, Mark’s Work Warehouse, McKesson Pharmaceutical, and Parkland Class./ T( j) y w' z% i
