Tent event moves Edmonton's job market into the great outdoors
+ F5 m h! T C# d8 W! K, sJob hunting and staff recruiting become fun outdoor activities on June 123 j' b1 G# W$ L3 z
) N+ F6 Q9 S4 z& O e6 tEdmonton... Edmontonians looking for a job, considering a career change, or struggling to find qualified staff are invited to drop by the Alberta Employment and Immigration Tent Event on Thursday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tents will be set up at the Alberta Service Centre located at 6325 Gateway Boulevard.6 H: m& G/ }5 L6 H7 F" C3 U

Visitors will be treated to a free barbecue lunch plus an outdoor mini job fair, career services expo, contests and prizes, and a charity dunk tank in support of Habitat for Humanity.

A number of local employers will be recruiting staff onsite, including: Alberta Motor Association, Beretta Protective K-9 Services, International Compass Group, Mark’s Work Warehouse, McKesson Pharmaceutical, and Parkland Class.
