What’s different about that? Well we’ve left RE/MAX and are now on our own and the advantages for us and you are many. By leaving RE/MAX we now have much more freedom and flexibility to offer new marketing programs and better services to you.

K- f% |; Y2 ZOur most exciting  new product is our fee-for-service option and we are also one of the first in the industry to offer sellers the opportunity  to sell their homes directly to buyers if they are comfortable doing so allowing for significant savings. We are doing this through our innovative Seller Invite Option.
4 R* N( |7 w# P5 L! M. G/ xThe fee-for-service option allows sellers to list their home on MLS for just $999.00. Now we have always had three marketing packages with fees that vary depending on the level of service and marketing you choose and we will continue to do so. Our two traditional packages, one focusing on communication and the other focusing on both communication and marketing and now our fee-for-service package. This is our entry level package which still provides sellers with the awareness, pricing and exposure needed to sell in any market.
The seller invite option is offered on all of our packages giving sellers unprecedented access to both the for-sale-by-owner market and the MLS market. Currently in Edmonton Realtors® are selling approximately 90% of homes and you want exposure to that market. Now it’s more economically feasible to access this market and my team can legally advise you on price and most importantly provide you the awareness necessary to properly price your home.
We are in a very difficult market and sellers need every advantage and we’re giving it to them. Our new products are not only revolutionary in the real estate industry but they are also evolutionary, this is what consumers want and we are proud to give it to them.
Our new website  is almost ready to go and it will allow for-sale-by-owners to list their home for as low as $499.00. Also on this site will be properties listed by our team and if you choose to do so you can have buyers contact you directly. The Seller Invite option also gets your phone number on your sign for those driving by to contact you.
( w# `. |' A- s  H& ZWe continue to stand out in other ways as well. Our team concept is unique in that as a seller you will work only with a specialized selling agent. As a buyer you will have the opportunity of working with only a specialized buyer agent. Support staff are on duty and available to deal with any questions or concerns you have so you are never left out in the cold. This new approach to real estate allows for a greater level of customer service, higher levels of communication and much more opportunity for you to make smart decisions and all of this is available in all three of our marketing packages.
