A Royal LePage survey of 17 cities across the country found lower housing prices in two markets--Edmonton and Calgary. In Edmonton, the average price for a bungalow dropped 14.5% while an average Calary two-story dropped 6%. the greatest price increase was in Regina, which has seen home values surge.
