Full Time Position: (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities
5 z" [+ F5 e* q' uo Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program/ i, H: T# i( s$ M1 S$ B7 ]
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program
8 a5 q# J+ M3 e# `: P; G& Bo Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program1 b9 c! G0 h, j/ t1 w6 N- r
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program+ Z) v" ]4 v- T- }) N2 ?0 c9 C
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
& X8 d. f% k7 N& L/ z; M, [4 F# qo Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising3 K9 N: p( l5 @- i
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model: s4 ?# f& y# V. {+ r+ V) \, d
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre0 l5 {" h+ \1 n9 O6 P- O
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues6 N% X3 E2 Y: P4 \* `
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas

Qualifications3 G: @$ w1 L1 D& t
o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience7 O' W: b( x2 K1 }& Z+ a, d! ]4 h
o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset1 m2 i" J) p w3 x6 z
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset: {& `% F n% y* j1 U+ t C- y
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
