2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。
' O. s |8 `; P3 Z, A( s BAnd the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 9 g, v( M7 ~; q) y
2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。. D9 b0 j! T# ^9 q! H
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die6 s* ~0 u% T% Y* P. i$ Y T

3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。# c! }8 `! A& L/ H- v; F
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. 6 `2 f4 Q; b7 G. J
3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。
# v6 l4 |! \) f) \Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. & @$ m: G7 v& `) J/ F! T
3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。
" q9 O! Y/ S+ |7 {+ R+ K/ @3 j! z% hAnd unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
7 a0 R+ S$ M) K9 L3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。& R, e; y5 W5 d
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. - p; C$ ?) o# v- P* |
3:20 亚当给他妻子起名叫夏娃,因为她是众生之母。

3:21 耶和华神为亚当和他妻子用皮子作衣服给他们穿。& O+ g( n4 K& T+ c/ Y4 l
Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
\. k5 J+ v7 O3 |* I/ m3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。5 a6 M; n8 r' F- |" B9 R5 K
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: : C x$ Q. r1 X
3:23 耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去,耕种他所自出之土。# b4 T8 T1 l1 g0 X
Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
: }# D# R0 A& Q; {& c3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。
& `+ Q# c- x! D! KSo he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
